Women’s Health: My Guest Post on “Friend for the Ride”

Barbara Younger, whose blog, focuses on menopause and other women’s health issues invited me to submit a guest post about my experiences with  urinary incontinence. This might be too much information for many readers but it’s an important health topic often overlooked. Thanks, Barbara for the invitation.

Here’s my post: https://cyclingrandma.wordpress.com/2012/05/28/womens-health-my-guest-post-on-friend-for-the-ride/

Thanks for the post and an introduction to another blog. I think it is very important to talk about these issues. Stress incontinence can be cause by several things. If women have the courage to seek help they may get relief.
